1. Access Term

- Single Flux Course. The Access Term to a Flux Course that was fully paid for, will be at least 5 years from the date of order. In Addition, upon the full payment for a Flux Course, Customer will be eligible to access some of the Company’s subscription-based services (such as “Expert Support” with Flux Academy mentors and “Office Hours”) for a period of 8 weeks from the date of order, all as explicitly provided in the Order Form and as determined by the Company from time to time.

- Web Career Ignite Program. The Access Term of the “Web Career Ignite Program” that was fully paid for, will be at least 5 years from the date of order. In Addition, upon the full payment for the Web Career Ignite program, Customer will be eligible to access some of the Company’s subscription-based services (such as “Expert Support” with Flux Academy mentors and “Office Hours”) for a period of 12 month from the date of order, all as explicitly provided in the Order Form and as determined by the Company from time to time.

- Mentoring Services. The Access Term of the Mentoring Services is one month or one year, as set forth in the Order Form, with automatic renewal for the same period each time. Customer may terminate the Mentoring Services upon the lapse of the applicable Access Term by providing a written notice to the Company at least 7 days prior to the lapse of the then-applicable Access Term.

2. Refunds and Cancellation

- Purchase of a single Flux Course, or the Web Career Ignite Program can be canceled within 30 days after the date of purchase, for a full refund. After this 30-day period, the purchase becomes non-cancelable, and the Fee becomes non-refundable.

- Purchase of Mentoring Services may be canceled at any time during the Access Term, provided that all Fees paid for such Services are non-refundable.

- Refund may only be granted once, and if Customer purchases again access to any Flux Course, Program or Service for which a refund was received, such purchase shall be non-cancelable and non-refundable.

- Cancelation should be made by a written notice, sent to hello@flux-academy.com. Customer’s access to any refundable Services will be terminated immediately upon cancelation. Customer’s access to any non-refundable Services will continue throughout the end of the applicable Access Term and shall terminate immediately after the expiration thereof.
